Residences

Each unit in our building is unique.

Each of our units is named for an antique rose variety...

Each unit was given the name of a rose variety that was developed near the turn of the century when this building was designed and built. The rose varieties change in type for each floor; the first floor are named after "old garden roses", the second floor after "rambling roses" and the third floor for "climbing roses".

A studio apartment is a one-room living area with sleeping, living, kitchen and dining all configured in the same room. The bathroom is a private room. Because of the small nature of studio living space, studios do not include a washer/dryer, but a washer and dryer are provided free of charge in our shared laundry room.

In studio apartments with loft, it is assumed that the loft will be used as the sleeping area. Lofts in studio apartments will have a closet on the upper level. All studios with lofts also have their own washer and dryer.

1 bedroom apartments do not have an upper loft. The bedroom will have a closet and will be large enough to accommodate at least a queen-size bed.

Loft apartments with a designated bedroom will not have a closet in the loft area. The loft may be used as a second bedroom, den, hobby or play room or as a home office.

2 bedroom apartments do not have an upper loft. Bedrooms will have closets and be large enough to accommodate at least a queen-size bed.

Loft apartments with designated bedrooms will not have a closet in the loft area. The loft may be used as a third bedroom, den, hobby or play room or as a home office. Two of these units have a second bathroom.

Loft apartments with designated bedrooms will not have a closet in the loft area. The loft may be used as a fourth bedroom, living area, hobby or play room or as a full office. Units have a second bathroom.
